By placing an order with Rick's by Design, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Orders & Payment

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of payment. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion.

2. Shipping & Delivery

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

3. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, Rick's by Design is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact your local carrier or file a claim with them directly.

4. Returns & Exchanges

All sales are subject to our return policy. Items must be returned in original condition within the stated return window. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy requirements.

5. Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.

6. Chargebacks & Disputes

By completing your purchase, you agree to contact us directly to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback with your bank.

7. Changes to Terms
